Selling sub standard equipment (Vodafone smart II)

The salesperson failed to inform us of the memory issue on the Vodafone Smart II. This is after we informed her of the intended use of the phone (for my 6 year old to play games). The phone is basically useless after installing the updates on the pre-installed apps - No memory available for new apps (there is also no option to remove these apps).
It is completely unacceptable to sell such a poor, useless product without informing the client of the various issues.
