Upgraded phone was returned within 7 days

I recently was advised by Vodacom that I am legible for a upgrade... Went in to the store at Shelly Beach and was assisted in a professional manner... I then upgraded to the Blackberry Q10 and was advised if their was any fault with the phone they would replace it in 7 days... After 2 days trying to load the banking apps it was not available for my handset... I phoned Vodacom and they told me to return the phone to Vodacom Shelly Centre as it is within the 7 days... Vodacom Shelly Beach tried to load the banking applications to no avail and sent it to Head Office... Today I get told they can not replace the Blkackberry Q10 as the banking apps will be available soon and one of the banks apps can be downloaded by a link... My previous phone had all banking apps and now the upgrade has a problem with the banking apps... It is something I rely on and feel after being a customer with Vodacom for numerous years I am not being treated fairly...
