First National Bank
My 2nd complaint about FNB's smart device service

Business & Finance

Good day,
I've booked in my 2nd Blackberry I got from FNB on 14-06-2013 via RAM couriers. Reasons for booking in the phone was that it freezes frequently and is extremely slow. It sometimes freezes that when I take it out the pouch, the display comes on and looks fine, but no buttons can be pressed, thus even if someone is calling me, I cannot answer!

The only apps installed is whatsapp, google-maps and the Vodacom app, but it keeps saying that I need to delete and app because there isn't enough system memory. I've tried deleting various pre-installed apps to clear up memory, but still didn't work. I've also pointed whatsapp to store all data on the SD memory card to see if that works, but it still says I need to delete and app.

Up until now I've not had any feedback sides from FNB on the 26-06-2013 saying that its been
sent to Cell C. This feedback I only got after having to ask for an update! WHY IS THIS TAKING ALMOST 3 WEEKS?!

At this stage I'm sick of FNB's poor service with regard to the smart device repairs and lack of pro-active feedback. And I don't want a Blackberry again either, give me a Galaxy S4, I'll pay the extra monthly fees.

Regards,
Arno
