Zero reception on Smart phone during the day

I have been complaining about no reception during peak time on my Iphone 5 for over a month now. I have no reception from 9am to around 3pm on most week days at my office in Sandton.
I have called the call center on numerous occasions explaining the issue and received different answers each time. Eg
- Since Cell C have started their promotion of Smart Phones, their network has been unable to handle the volume of data going through during peak time.
- Currently Cell C are upgrading their towers in the area. This will clear shortly.
- Changes have been made on the system. This helped for the day. The next day i had experienced the same issue

I have logged a case number for this (3050603231). Even after the consultant at the call center called me to confirm that all seems fine with my phone, i experienced the same reception issues the next day.

It seems to me that Cell C are selling alot more phones that their network can handle. This should have been communicated to me when buying the phone. Would have chosen another network!!!

My phone can be considered unless during the day as i cant make calls, receive calls, access email apps and all other apps that require data.
