In March 2013, i signed up for a new contract with MTN and received exceptional service which I complimented. A few months down the line, I was puzzled to realise that I have run out of memory even thou I did not have much uploaded on my Tablet. I then discovered that I had signed for a 16G bt received an 8G, which is half the memory. When I went back to MTN, I was told Samsung only issued them with 8G's. It was then agreed that I purchase an 8G memory card and will be re-imbursed, which I did but then encountered yet another problem... A lot of Apps do not save on external memory so the purchase of the memory card would still not serve the intended purpose. I again highlighted this to MTN via Lebogang, who then came back to me and said that the issue has been escalated and a response will have to come from a senior person. I asked for the name, a week later, and received no response. i then sent a follow-up email two weeks later and still received no response. I have been waiting for a response to an email sent 27082013, which makes it a month now, and still no response, even thou I have made follow-ups. What happend to the exceptional service promised on sign-on???
