MTN warranty is a!

On 3 April 2013 I picked up my upgrade to my iphone 5. After 2 weeks the headphones were broken but I never thought I needed to then return the entire phone. In the week of the 19th to the 28th of August the phone gave issues charging. Eventually it was no longer charging. On Wednesday 28 August 2013 I went into the Kenilworth MTN store where I dealt with Mishka. As the phone is still under warranty I returned to the store with the phone and the box and papers where I was told my warranty is null and void because I no longer had the headphones!? MTN are refusing to give me my warranty because the headphones which are a separate entity to the phone entirely, and I never took the whole phone back when the headphones broke? This policy is a farce! Any reasonable person is not going to return a phone because of the headphones breaking so why does it nullify the warranty? This is what Shawn Robb (you can contact him on [Email Removed] or 0833918499 for any issues in the Western Cape) division head of repairs said, or contact his very rude college who will talk to you as though person, refuse to read your emails asking you questions answered in your email call 083212713
