Worst service eve

I called Vodacom a couple times and had 2 or 3 calls from them about them taking money out of my bank account. for the last 3 years about i get an diduction from my account for something i dont know what it is for. I had a thing where they give you R49 airtime for R35 bucks or something, i told them to stop it as it was for my x wife and since i am divorced i dont need to pay it anymore, More than 2 years now i am trying to get that stopped. They are taking R55 out of my account now for what, i have been an loyal vodacom supporter, but now i dont know anymore. I have used vosacom since they started in S.A, now i think it is time for an change. If you calculate in 3 years, R55 over 3 years is about R1980 that was lost in airtime i could of bought. If you think of an network, i would think twicw before you think of Vodacom.
