I bought a pair of Kicker headphones on Saturday, 4 May. When I tested the headphones, the left hand side was not working properly. I went back to the store on Monday, 6 May, to ask if they could replace it. I spoke to the manager and explained my situation. He said that he trusted my judgement and my headphones were immediately exchanged without any issues. Thanks for the good service!
