Refuse to take back broken headphones

Good day, I bought headphones in December at Game Lichtenburg, and only after two weeks of using the product it stopped working, When I returned it I got the surprise of my life. They refused to take it back, reasoning that such products have only 7 days warranty. I will not keep quiet about this incident I will tell all my colleagues and neighbors and friends, how bad your service is!
