Where are my headphones?

I ordered and paid for headphones (order 1001094499) on 8 December 2013, delivery ETA 18 December, on 23 December (5 days late already) they tell me that here will not deliver before Christmas (option to cancel). On 30 December I phoned their hot line and was told they would phone me before delivery in the following week and tell me when they were arriving.
No phone call, no headphones, perhaps their headphones don't work and they needed mine!
