Billing query that has continued for 2 months

Good day,

I have a R99/2GB contract with Cell C.Last month they debited and amount of R430 from my account and this month R650. I queried the "abnormal" amount last month and was informed that cell c will investigate and get back to me. That has still not happened. I am waiting for the feedback and refund on the R430. Now they have debited an even higher amount which is a breach of our contract and also my ipad was off for most of the month so this amount is completely unjustified.

I would like to get feedback ASAP as this has been a great inconvenience to me.
