Hi, The cell was delivered so late that I have changed jobs, I was never informed that I could not use my current prepaid number. It took weeks for my problem to be attended to & with no satisfaction I am still awaiting on Management Paul to return my call so that I may cancel the contract with him as he knew that my decision was pending... This cell was cancelled & 24hours later activated on my un-archived prepaid #?! both done without my consent! I just needed the nightmare to end so that I could go on with my life & not have to constantly call the call centre as my calls where hardly ever returned! Please could higher management call me as several times I have insisted in speaking to the people with the real power and care about great service, but been refused as I am a low income earner? My account was promised to not be deducted because of the 6 weeks of stress I had to go through, however my account is in arrears due to the debit order. I have been a customer 4 years & have many other contracts & after this I doubt I will ever be able to believe in Vodacom being the best service provider with client care, EVER! :( I hereby give notice to cancel all contracts as they expire...
