I had contacted the call centre 2 months ago to look at my Telkom 10 gig LTE contract taken through SellDirect.
This month I have been over charged a massive R 969.00 instead of the contract agreed amount??
I would accept if my bundle was upgraded from 10 gig to a higher amount, but this never happened!!! I still received only 10 gig of data this month
Sell direct has neither contacted me nor sent me any correspondence at all. I want to know why i was over charged and I want my money refunded. This is unacceptable, I have a fixed contract so my monthly charges should not be variable, this was discussed and agreed upon when I took out the contract, first debit R 395.53; second R349.00; third R 349.00; fourth R 418.00; this month R 969. 00
I had contacted their call centre 2 months ago and was told that someone will be in contact with me with regards to my contract; I am still waiting for that call. This is not customer service
I would like someone to contact me ASAP with regards to this!!!
