Incorrect Amounts debited most months -need refund

I have a contract with CellC [0822656633 and 0737334777] I should be paying R164.00 per month. On 30 April 2013 an amount of R203.00 was debited, when I enquired, they indicated that I joined GETIT service. I phoned GETIT to cancell the service. GETIT indicated that they were going to refund my money because I indicated that I joined because I was given incorrect information that it was for free. However on 31 May 2013 an amount of R242.00 was debited on my account again.

From then, some month R164.00 would be debited the other month less amount would be debited. On Friday 30 August 2013, I received an email that someone is going to call me about my refund. Now, end of August 2013 R164.00 is debited.

I have been waiting for my refund for long time now. Please could you investigate to check if I was billed correctly from the beginning of my contract to date. I believe even in the beginning of my contract the billing system was not right. Thank you for your assistance
