Fed up with Cell C's cancellation Department!!

My cellphone contract with Cell C finished on 25th February 2013 and I sent my cancellation letter on 25th January 2013. instead of cancelling my contract end of Feb Cell C cancelled the contract on 30th January 2013, realised their mistake and re-activated the contract again on 30th Jan and set my BIS on recurring. End of February I got double debited, for the last month of my contract and for the "new contract" resulting from the re-activation and for BIS (R360.68). 2nd March I went into a Cell C store to query this and the sales lady explained to me what happened and sent through all the info to the cancellation department to rectify and refund my money. I constantly called Cell C through March with no results but was told that the money will be refunded. End of March I get debited for the "new contract" and the BIS AGAIN! (R207.00) I call Cell C again and they tell me this amount will be refunded as well. Come end of April I now get debited R144.00 and Cell C hasnt told me what this amount is for AND I have not been refunded a single cent, even though I was told on 21st April that the refund has been logged on 16th April. I am at my wits end with Cell C!!
