I'm absolutely appalled by the level of customer service from Vodacom. How can you expect loyal customers with this level of service? On the 18th of November I phoned the cancellation department to cancel my contract because I was going to move to a different service provider. Vodacom however promised me a better deal so I decided to stick with Vodacom which was a stupid mistake. Vodacom has to me and don't take their customers serious. I've been promised free extra minutes on my Smart S contract as well as free 1gig Top Up incentive for 24 months. I haven't received any of the free minutes, haven't received the extra 500mb promotional data that comes with the iPhone, haven't received my 1 gig Top Up incentive. Phoned in numerous times and every time a request gets logged that goes nowhere. They sent me a faulty phone with a hardware issue and its my problem now because the level of service is ridiculous over the phone as well as in store. Vodacom please get your level of service together, there's way too many complaints and I will NEVER recommend Vodacom to anyone. A very disgusted customer.
