Internet constanly down

Hi

Every night this week and some of last week the internet is down. This is when I do my admin and return emails for the day.

If it is a technical issue why don't u let us know before hand so that we can make other arrangements to get our work done. Its not just me its the whole town. This is not acceptable and would like to know what is going on and how long still?

Cant wait till 4 in the morning to work.

I have had to purchase Vodacom internet and use that to get my work done at extra costs to me.

Please inform the people when these outages will take place as Eskom does with power as the internet is just as important these days as power.
