I published a report 13:01 Wed 18 Sep: I am extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge & urgency the customer care consultants have. I logged a case on the 11th of Sept with regards to my Sept statement. This is the 2nd month in a row, that you are billing me for my BIS service. This BIS service is part of my package!!! Yesterday, I had still not received any feedback therefore, called in yesterday afternoon 17th Sept. When I called in, I had to repeat the entire issue AGAIN!! The consultant promised that someone would call. I am yet to receive that call!! What is going on!? You are wasting my time by phoning in every month!!! For the past 4 months I've had continuous billing issues. If it is not my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 then it is my Blackberry. If my billing is not correct in the month of October, I will cancel & move to another network. This is utterly ridiculous!

Cell C responded 15:07:21 | Wed 18 Sep 13 - "Sandros" will follow up on this matter and advise on a way forward. He did call the next day, however, said he would call back with the answers.

Still no call. My debit order came off already and have now been overcharged! This is beyond ridiculous. Sort this out!!!
