No One knows whats happening

I am surprised at the low levels of services from Openweb.
The whole confusion starts when i get luered to the services on the net when there is month to month invoicing and there is not even an iota of hint that i will be trapped in thie web forever. I signed up for services 2 months back, paid through credit card to see if the service levels are good, i will continue, and if not, i would simply switch, not realising the the t&c in italics, which said, in short, if you pay once and provide your card details, monthly the debit would go through. Nevertheless, i make a cancellation request and told it would take two months to cancel, agreed. Then comes the last month after which the "pay as you go" contract should get termination. I send a mail, asking when would my contact end, and, i get a message for debit to my credit card, which simply means my services are still active. the mail response comes confirming this fact, and guess what, when i log on the the isp portal to check my account, it says my account is no more active. I try logging on to connect, it never does, confirming contradictory to what the support confirmed in the mail. So in short, the support is clueless!!!
