Beware "free" trials

I signed up for a "$200 free trial" here: [URL Removed]

I never managed to test the service, but would have still liked to... had $50 not been debited off my credit card without my consent.

When signing up you are presented with various PDF's of pricing and services; however nowhere did it clearly state the exact extent of the free trial nor that billing would simply roll over onto my credit card without further approval. The account is labelled as "Pre-paid" - yet them debiting my card post-paid is clearly in contradiction with this.

On the other providers I have tried, my "services" simply get frozen until I authorize an amount for payment.

What Dimension Data is doing here with the "free" trial is clearly getting as much corporate credit cards on their invoicing system so that they can simply bill them.

I will still give them a chance... if they prove their commitment to their customers by refund this amount. Come on DD, fix your site to clearly state that the card will be billed seamlessly after the trial - and when - and credit me the money you, in my honest opinion, from me.
