While OpenWeb has been quick to take my money once signing up, support is almost non existent and don't even try cancel with them. Their call center routes to a receptionist type setup where almost always there is no one to speak to. Accounts does not have a direct line, it seems there is only 1 sales person and each time I have needed support, they have asked to phone me back because no one is available. While this is shocking to start with, my attempt at cancelling my uncapped ADSL service has been futile! After logging a support request via their client area that was subsequently closed, I followed up with an email asking to cancel my account as I was moving to another ISP. This was February 28th. Not a single follow up or confirmation from them. What do I then receive today? An invoice for my services that were supposed to be cancelled last month. Absolutely shocking OpenWeb. I have emailed and tried calling again. Here's hoping someone gives me a call so I can finally move on. This is one ISP that I am most glad to be leaving!
