First issue: i had purchased a 10 gig monthly contract for 199 which did not exceed monthly 10 gig limit. if more data was required you were promoted to buy more when out of bundle. this service stopped without notice and i was debited R1499. Second issue: The R1499 was debited twice due to telkom claiming that the initial debit was not successfully, not true, i have bank statements that show otherwise. Third issue: giving a months prior notice to stop the continuation of contract which was ending the same date, i continue to be billed R199 every month. i have made numerous calls to the call center with no resolution.
