I got a contract for a Samsung galaxy S3 with nashua mobile in august 2012. First I was given a wrong contract, I asked for a R500 limit till date that was not done regardless of my attempts. The major issue is that I am not receiving statements and have been paying R2500 monthly FOR A PHONE since the contract started. I visited the store and was told that this is due to excessive and unaccounted for data. I was given a number to call which I did but still not assisted. Due to all this, the phone get softlocked just few days into a month.
I have another contract from a different mobile service which I use for work purposes and it's not giving me issues. The nashua mobile contract is just an addition and I don't use it too often.
This month I got debited R2700, I am still not receiving statements, the contract have not been changed and billing keeps augmenting.
One thing is left for me to do.. I am going to the store and cancelling the contract.
