Cancelled contract but still being billed!

My 24 month 10 gig data contract came to an end in August 2013. I gave the months prior notice to have it cancelled over a month ago. I woke up this morning to see that 8ta had debited my account! My partner and I have had numerous issues with 8ta/Telkom and this has just added to the terrible service. I want the contract cancelled as I moved recently and do not have reception in my area, so my R199 is going to waste every month. The service I have recieved has been terrible and I will definitely not be recomending 8ta to anyone!
