Received no service, many phone calls-no solution

I cancelled a card due to a lack of service which i have paid for. I have made MANY phone calls, was told various times that i would receive a refund. Omar send me an e-mail on the 9 of Sept: Firstly, I would like to apologise for the delay in response.

I have created a credit for the non-usage on the sim card. I will request our banking department to refund to the bank account.

Again, apologies for the lack of service received.

I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THIS AND IF I leave messages HE DOESN"T RETURN MY CALLS. Other MNT personnel: they can't see anything and I have to repeat everything with no feedback! Yesterday I was bille for my actual account, but no refund was done on the incorrect account!
