TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO LOAN PHONES EVER!?

I have been trying to have my Blackberry sent in for repairs for over a month now. I went in to the Canal Walk store and was told I first need to do a sim swap, which I tried to no avail. I went back to the store 2 weeks later to book my phone in for repairs, but was told that there were no loan handsets available.

I requested that a courier be sent to me to pick up my handset and deliver a loan phone from their Jhb dispatch and was promised that this would be done within a week. 10 days later I phone the shop to ask why this had not been done and was told I have to phone the repair centre myself. After calling the repair centre 8 days ago and lodging my repair request with the request for a loan phone I was told this would be done within the next 5 days.

I have just been on the phone to be told that the repair was never logged and that it never went through. Additionally, there are no loan phones with no indication of when will become available for me to use while my phone is in for repairs.

I find it unacceptable that it has taken over a month to book for repair, and that in over a month of trying to do so, not one single handset is available to use in the interim!!!
