I gave a compliment for great service on friday 13/12/13 (CRM:02054417) I am retracting this compliment, as I am now very irritated with the lack of feedback and the fact that despite mulitple phone calls no one can tell me what is going on.

I have now not yet received my replacement book.

I have spoken to an agent yesterday and have had ZERO feedback, I have now spent another 20mins on the phone with Fernando that will try and sort it out, he cannot give me feedback until afte 10h00 and hope to give me feeback by the COB today. the Agent from yesterday didnt even make any notes, so i am sure that no follow up was done.

Why this was processed as a refund and NOT a SWAP OUT/EXCHANGE as per my original request is now beyond, me. As per the email I received on the 10/12/13 even if a refund was processed the 7 days have expired and there is no refund on my account. There is no refund on my Kalahari Account. I have also checked my bank account and no refund either.

This was meant to be a gift for my father at Christmas time. And now I am running out of time.

I am utterly gutted.
