Contract ended - still getting charged

Hi,

Someone phoned me to upgrade my contract and only then I found out that my contract expired in June.
I have been getting billed for a phone that I own since then!
I have raised complaints to the Fairlands branch and I still havent received my refund for being billed for the past few months, please action this immediately!
