Im very angry at how MTN is dealing with thier clients they do not listen at all, I called today to explain that I have been billed more for the past 2 months. I have just upgraded and my contract was increased with R120 but I billed way more that what my contract says and I was trying to explain to the person I spoke to but he kept on telling me I bought the phone on special and when I was telling him its an upgrade he didnt wanna listen. He told me to go the shop where I signed the contract and didnt want to help me.
