Account paid yet unwilling to even properly answe

MY cell phone account is registered in my Husbands name. I'm a stay at home mom. He pays. So, there was an outstanding amount on the account and so he made a payment AND paid for February. So I get an sms to MY phone yesterday that says Vodacom: Thank you for paying your Vodacom Account. Your Payment will be processed accordingly and services reinstated today if locked due to account in arrears. My services were reinstated. Yet then this morning I get a call (automated) saying account in arrears. I call the call centre, the lady said I should just ignore the call, if I received the sms, it should all be fine. Great, helpful. I had already emailed the call centre to say the same when I get a reply telling me that they are not able to answer me. So you telling me, that if I have trouble with my account, I can't even ask if it's ok whether to ignore it or what? I didn't ask any specifics. My husband travels overseas. So if I'm stuck, and something is wrong with my account, TOUGH right? please send through a form so my husband can sign so I can have access to my account without hassles - urgently. If I was asking specific details, I could understand.
