I paid my Vodacom account and two days later I started getting automated calls informing me that I was in arrears.

I phoned Vodacom on the 5th and spoke to a lady at their accounts dept. She told me I was in arrears for 36c. That is on an account of more than R3500 rand each month. She told me it was not a problem and they would get that n the next bill.

Last night I get yet another automated call at 23h32. I reported this to their call centre at 23h34 and got a reference NO: S3-TKL4V-VEWLX.

This morning I get a SMS from a Lee-Handri Fourie from VSP telling me that I am lying and that they do not operate during the evening or the night.

I would love to know how many other people are also getting these calls that, according to Vodacom, do not happen.
