Very unfair treartment towards a very loyal client

I've had an Identity account since the last 3 years, been paying each month at the end of the month no later than the 3rd of the new month. Last year I had one difficult month and I paid R200.00 less than the required amount, after 3 months passed I received a call from them telling me that my account is in arrears and need to pay the arrear amount... After 3 months? Really??? After they called me I made an arrangement to pay an amount of R500.00 each month... keep in mind that I have never skipped one month of payment. Up until today they are still phoning me each month telling me that my account is in arrears and I need to pay the arrears after I made a payment arrangement and been keeping to the promise I made to pay the account. My balance is R660.00 and I received a call once again telling me to pay the full balance? Sending me sms's that my account is in arrears and then the next day I get a sms from them that they have a special on this and that. Sorry but when this balance is paid up I will close this account and never enter your shop again. Why not phone people that are not paying one cent towards their account??? But me a loyal payer??? Please don't phone me again.
