My account is not in arrears

Cellc cut my services last month when my account was paid. when i went for upgrade they said my account was in arrears although i paid it faxed and email payment. i made two payments of R220.00 last month. now i received sms that my account is in arrears for R440.00 and they will cut me off again if not paid in two days after i paid another R445.00. i have spoken to several people @ the call centre and none helped me or sorted the problem. i have 2 accounts with cellc and they allocated 2 payments for the wrong number although my ref was for the correct account. please help, im so fed up with their service and none of the numerous consultants could sort this issue. first they said my arrears was R1900 then they changed their minds and said R900 arrears. now they claim its R440.00 so annoyed!
