Keep harassing me about fictional debt

I use to have a Vodacom contract which I changed to a pre-pay option. Ever since I keep getting these electronic phone calls, sms'e and emails telling me my account has been handed over to legal because of payment being in arrears. Then i phone legal which tell me to phone customer services which tells me to phone the accounts department. Last mentions then reassures me that there is no outstanding payment on my account and I shouldn't worry about it any more, but sure enough 1 week later I receive another phone call telling me my account is in arrears and is being handed over to legal. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can this stop. It's been going on for 4 months and nobody seem to have a clue what is going on.
