Cell C
I need explanation

I have recived a statement from cell C stating that i owe them money and i dont even have a contract with them, the statement's opening date is the 1st of July 2013 and it even shows that on the 19th of july i made a payment of R150 which was reversed on the 21 of september.the statement has all my deatils i need explanation how did it happen i do not have any goods from cell C and i wonder how many people are paying Cell c without having contracts with them, this is scarysomeone must explain because this has ruined my credit record.
