Cell C
Once again Cell C fails to send a statement

Hello. Here is my almost monthly complaint about Cell C.

Guess it? Yes. I once again have not received my statement. Even though I know of two people who are personally responsible for getting reminders, and who are charged with sending me my statement monthly - nada.

For the life of me I can not understand why their computer system can not send it automatically. Can somebody explain this to me please?

I think I should start charging Cell C admin fees?
