Cell C

Good day

November 2011 i received a statement from Cell C stating that i had opened an account with them, and taken a cell phone using a credit card, however i did not even have a credit card at that time and no account with Cell C. i called them to find out what was happening using the number on the statement, they confirmed what was on the statement and referred me to the department. i later called the department and they advised me to go to the police station and make an affidavit and then fax it together with the certified copy of my ID. i did exactly that and i even called to confirm if they received the documents and they said they did, and they never sent me a statement again so i assumed that the issue was resolved.

today i went to cell c to open an account with them, when they did their credit check, it reflecting as, so
what im furious about is why did they ask me to fax those documents if they were not gonna solve the problem in the first place.i dont even want the account with them anymore, they must just clear my name or else i will take them to SPEAK OUT.
