Tired of getting my phone Barred every 2nd day

Im so tired and dissapointed of CELL C every second day my number gets barred and when i phone in they tell me it was a mistake and my number gets reconnected immediately.. however, today they blocked me again saying I owe them over R300 (wth) where did that come from???

I mean every time they send me a statement my account is up to date this is really dissapointing I recieved a statement the 16 July 2013 stating in black and white that the next payment due is the 31 July 2013 the ONLY AMOUNT outstanding... moving over to another network today still just tired
