Cell C
UNACCEPTABLE

We received an email from Cell C Pholosa regarding an old contract which my dad had with Cell C from 2007-2009, prior to the contract ending we informed cell c numerous times we do not wish we renew the contract, we sent a fax/email to cell c informing them of this and paid the final installment of the contract. We have never received a statement from Cell C since then. A few weeks ago Cell C Pholosa sent an email stating we owe Cell C and when we called the lady could not provide us with an answer as to why we did not receive a statement from Cell C informing us that we owe them, years have passed and now we are contacted. Today we received another email stating we have been handed over to Attorney, this is absolute ridiculous. We would appreciate it if Cell C would resolve this matter.
