Cell C
CELL C CONTRACT

My name is Sibusiso Dube ID no 860725 0728 080 I have a conract with cell c for the blackberry curve reference no 074 706 2254. We agreed on R199 payment a months but cell c deducted R199 plus an extra fee of R125 more than five times. Then l went to Absa to ask what happened to my money, they reffered me to cell c. l pulled the bank statement with all the deduction they tranfered illegal or without informing me. l went to cell c branch in carlton centre the wrote the statement and faxed it to the customer service office dep together with my bank statement. No one responded, i decided to call them one of their consultants said instead of them paying me cash of R645 I must not pay for three months that is what i did, Now they forwarded the case to their Lawyers and black listed me. I asked their Lawyers if cell c told them that they were owing me but they had no clue they told me that they will call cell c and ask what happen. But untill now my name is still bad but they are still owing me the R45. Their contract must end this Monthend March 2013 i sent them an email. They must clear my name and l need to sue them for hating me, waisting my time and money. Please help me
