I Have done everything under the sun that a person can do to notify MTN to terminate my contract in time, yet they ignore my request with the hope of deducting money from my account, making excuses that I didn't answer my phone when the cancellation department called me.
Now my question is, why didn't they leave a message in one of my cell phones known to MTN?
Why didn't that cancellation department send me a message that I should contact them??
I have notified the customer care en instate of resolving this matter they referring me to retention, I have requested MTN to contact me or give me a direct line where I can contact this faceless cancellation department, I have not yet received any response from MTN.
