After my complaint on the 5th. Received a call from Moenier. Explained how frustrated I am with this. I was given a timeline of 7 to 14 workings days to get feedback by Tyrone and also that Vodacom's department will communicate with the police in order to obtain the subpoena. Now I get told the forensic department will get to me when they get to me and that Tyrone is only a customer care consultant and would appear that he should not have given the timeline. How poor of Vodacom to have this type of attitude - they give a timeline and now got an attitude of they will get to me when they get to me, cannot give me a proper response time and also have the audacity to tell me to be pro-active and get the subpoena from my attorney. Moenier has obtained the recording and confirmed it was a lady that called to block the line, however was evasive to confirm that the security procedure was followed, said the lady could confirm some of the questions, how do they allow this??? Why is Vodacom not getting back to me? Are they hoping this will go away because they have compromised one of their customers? And also Moenier asked security questions on the 6th only after our conversation?
