UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER AND CONTRACT

I was contacted in beginning May 2012 from your customer services offering me a contract of R50.00. As I previously had a contract and had payed it up some time previously I stipulated clearly that I did not want another contract and was happy with pre-paid. As I had the contract previously with Cell-c my banking details were still on system. on 22 May 2012 I recieved a handset and sim for my "new contract" I immediately phoned Cell-c and gave them the serial number of the phone and instructed that I was not accepting it from the Courier and was returning the handset as I did not want the contract. My account has been debited monthly since then and I have sent so many emails, I have been in-store with copies of my mails, I have phoned the customer service department - only to keep being told that the returns department will get back to me. Today I phoned again and spoke to Nomphumelelo who told me I cannot cancel my contract as the returns department will have to sort it out. She said that returns dont have a direct number for me to speak to them and they will not return my calls. she also could not copy me in on her so called message to them.
