Do you handpick women with PMS to work at night?

For the second time in a year I got terrible service from a female agent doing the night shift at the internet division of Telkom. This is for Vivian, the call center agent who spoke to me as if I was a dimwit, and when I took her up on it she cut the call short under the pretext of transferring me to someone else: Look Vivian, believe me I understand that it's not a nice place to be in life, when you have to work at night while other people are enjoying the comfort of their home. But hey, if that's your lot in life please do not take it out on Telkom customers. You are being paid to resolve customer's problems, not take out your PMS issues on them. And I find it very suspicious that after the call you cut short I couldn't make outgoing calls (I actually got a pre-recorded message that went "please note that this number is unusable until further notice"). I suspect you suspended my number just to irk me. Shame man, that won't mean you get to bed earlier tonight. You still have to do the midnight slog while I sleep peacefully in my comfortable bed (and I WILL sleep peacefully because I do not need my Telkom line tonight, and the issue I called about has been resolved). Ta!
