Telkom refuses to acknowledge exchange issues

For the past 6 months we have had terrible internet service in Stellenbosch, which everyone complains about. This can point only to a congested exchange, yet whenever someone tries to raise the issue with Telkom they either deny that there is an issue or they tell you they're escalating it, and nothing ends up happening.

When is Telkom going to fix these issues? ADSL is unusable at nights and in the mornings. We are NOT getting what we pay for, yet Telkom does not seem to care in the slightest. Please, please, PLEASE do something about this issue. Some of us need the internet for study and work purposes, and having internet that is as rubbish as ours currently is makes this almost impossible.

Please, Telkom, please just start caring about your customers.
