Disgusted by Telkom service-shocked!!!

I appiled for a Telkom prepaid line last year february. I receivedan sms on the 28 of march telling me that my line has been suspended and need to contact the call center for enquireis. I went to telkom in three rivers to enquire and they told me to call the call center. I was told that I need to recharge my line and call with my voucher and they will reinstate my line. I bought a voucher called telokm and I was told that my line was cancelled and I need to re-apply for a new line which I will need to pay for. I asked why was I not told that the line was going to be cancelled the call center agent I spoke to was so rude and told me that there's terms and conditions and I should have followed them and that they are not liable to inform me about the cancellation. I asked where do you find th T&C and he said they are available on the internet. I am shocked at the way the call center agent spoke to me and how he handle my situation, not even trying to help me. If this is the treatment we get from Telkom as customers I'm better off without a telkom line. I will invest my money else where. Im still shocked with the attitude of that agent and now Im left with a voucher i cannot use!!!
