No response, shocking!!

Fault ref no: 887CRK240114. I reported my mothers telephone nearly a week ago and to date nothing else has happened besides giving me a reference number! They even ignoring my tweets! My mother is 78 years old, lives alone and in October was brutally attacked in her house and left tied up after all they could including her cellphone. If she did not have a landline she would jot have been able to contact the police and then myself. Now we are in a situation where she does not have a landline and Telkom is ignoring us. Hope you can sleep at night, Telkom, knowing that if she had to be attacked again, she will have no way of contacting myself or even the police. I can't sleep at night and there is absolutely nothing I can do! Sis on you Telkom, this service is an absolute disgrace!!!
