About 15 calls logged and suspended line

Apon seeing so many similar complaints on hellopeter I realize what I got myself into with telkom. I have logged plenty ( -15) calls to which I was promised a specialist will contact me as no call centre agent can assist as well as technitians and I had 3 more techs contacting me saying they cant help and it will be escelated. To no suprize I am still awaiting that call... all this for my internet speed dropping to 2 KB per second intermittently. My line wad suspended tonight for non payment and after speaking to 2 call centre agents telling them I can see the debit order walent thru I am told they cannot do anything to assist, not even unlock my line for tonight only... the only call they will receive tomorrow is for terminating services and moving over to a compatant service delivering ISP. This was the straw breaking the camel's back. Good bye telkom hello Mwe
