ADSL unusable for 2 months, telkom does nothing!

Hi,

Where I am staying the ADSL line has been giving issues for over 2 months roughly, I have been logging calls daily with telkom for roughly a month now and no one has fixed it.

The problem is there is high attenuation on the line which affects the line at night making it unusable! This is also affecting the phone line with loud static while making calls and loud clicks.

I have logged calls for roughly a month now and everytime a telkom person says they will escalate the issue as it is a repeat call and then the next day I get an sms saying the problem was resolved but no one contacts me and the problem still exists.

Now when I say to a person on the helpdesk and tell that them that this needs to be fixed now as its ridiculous we are paying for a service that cannot be used! I ask what can be done to get it sorted and I get no answer from any call centre agent, all I ever get is I don't know, I can't tell you. When finished with this and yet ANOTHER call is logged I get another person doing half a job without fixing the issue.

Again today I phoned a call centre agent and complained to her asking for someone to talk to, she simply just hangs up on me, TELKOM FIX THIS!!!
