I recently took out a contract with vodacom Blackberry Z10 Smart S for R479, that is 5 Months ago. Today vodacom has reduced the whole subscription by R200, to R279. Now where is the logic here to us valuable customers who always respond early to their marketing of upgrades. In fact the whole reduction is an insult, i have now advertised my Z10 to actually try recover some cash so i can close the whole contract and move over to Cell C who they do keep up with market pricing across all subscribers. Vodacom do the honorable thing and when you reduce subscription, you do this to all. I don't mind a reduction of about R40 to old customers after 12 months, but R200 in just 5 months??? You Insulted me, while having been a customer for years... And respond to your marketing.
